Sleeping - on avearge

American Time Use Survey (https://www.bls.gov/tus/) offers a fascinating opportunity to see how others – on average, are spending their time. In particular the survey tells us how much (on average) Americans sleep. To me the numbers seem surprisingly high – 9.02 hours for 2022. Regardless, the idea of tracking one’s sleeping time for a week or two seems worthwhile and a helpful step in an effort to ensure one gets enough sleep. How about tracking the time we spelt in the first 10 day of the New Year? Let’s not count the New Year night though 😊

Good night, sleep tight,
